Boutique deli and fresh produce store
Each morning our chefs bake a delicious array of food here in our kitchens at Russells available for you to take home, yummy cakes, biscuits, scones, pies, salads, chutneys along side an amazing selection of food from small artisan producers from the South Coast of England, with local milk, cream, bread, fruit and vegetables.
We listen to our customers and change our products according to our customers needs
We are passionate about animal welfare so we only supply free range and organic eggs and use only free range organic eggs in all our home baking.
We have sought out what we think is the most idilic dairy for our milk and cream, the farmer Trevor Craig gave us a tour to see his happy cows enjoying their tranquil view over fields to the sea then watched them being milked - just eight at a time! then the milk is bottled in the building next door and on our shelves the next day, the lowest carbon footprint in the South
